Kforce has a client in Linthicum, MD that is seeking an experienced PMO Consultant to lead a large-scale billing platform implementation and enterprise transformation initiative. Summary: This role will provide program leadership, stakeholder management, organizational change management, testing oversight, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate is a strong program leader with experience driving complex implementations, managing large organizational initiatives, and keeping projects on track. Key Responsibilities: Lead PMO activities for a major billing platform implementation Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and vendors Develop and execute communication and change management plans Oversee testing, user acceptance activities, and deployment readiness Facilitate governance meetings and executive status reporting Drive accountability, project momentum, and successful delivery Identify and resolve project roadblocks and implementation challenges Support business process transformation and operational readiness efforts Requirements: Extensive Program Management or PMO experience Proven success leading large-scale system implementations Strong organizational change management (OCM) experience Experience overseeing testing and implementation activities Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex initiatives Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Experience driving deliverables and maintaining project momentum Preferred Qualifications: PMP or related project management certification Billing platform, ERP, or enterprise software implementation experience Consulting background supporting transformation programs Key Skills: Program Management PMO Leadership Large-Scale Implementations Organizational Change Management Testing Oversight Communication Planning Stakeholder Management Executive Reporting Risk Management Cross-Functional Coordination Vendor Management Enterprise Transformation The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
