Kforce's client, a growing organization located in the Saint Louis, MO area, is seeking a Manager Financial Reporting to lead internal and external reporting activities. This role is highly visible, partnering with leadership to deliver meaningful financial insights while owning key reporting, audit, and technical accounting functions. The position will be operating as hybrid, salary, and benefits package offered. This is an individual contributor role with strong exposure to executive leadership and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Review account reconciliations, journal entries, and support close activities Lead internal and external financial reporting processes, including quarterly and annual deliverables Prepare audited financial statements and coordinate closely with external auditors Own production of executive and board-level reporting packages Serve as a technical accounting (GAAP) subject matter expert, including research and implementation of new standards Oversee forecasting and financial analysis, including consolidation of updates Partner cross-functionally to translate financial data into actionable business insights Utilize and enhance reporting tools and systems (EPM/ERP) to improve efficiency and automation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's or MBA preferred) 5-8+ years of progressive accounting/reporting experience, CPA required Strong knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting Experience with financial reporting, audit coordination, and forecasting Systems exposure to ERP/EPM tools (Oracle preferred) Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills with ability to interface with leadership Highly organized with strong project ownership Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
