Are you passionate about community engagement, membership growth, and building meaningful partnerships? Join our team and help grow the Girl Scout movement by recruiting youth members and volunteers, launching new troops, and strengthening community relationships. What You'll Do: Drive membership growth through community outreach and recruitment. Build partnerships with schools, businesses, and community organizations. Lead presentations and recruitment events (virtual & in-person). Support volunteer onboarding and new troop development. Utilize Salesforce and data insights to achieve membership goals. Qualifications: Experience in sales, recruiting, community outreach, membership, or volunteer management. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Salesforce and Microsoft Office experience preferred. Flexible schedule with up to 50% regional travel.
