Location: Waukesha County, WI
Schedule: Part-time | 1st Shift | Every Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a compassionate Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team at Aspen Center, a residential addiction treatment program serving adult men. In this role, you'll provide hands-on support to residents as they work toward recovery and long-term sobriety in a safe, structured environment.

    Support, monitor, and encourage residents while serving as a positive role model

  • \n
  • \n

    Assist with daily living activities, housekeeping, meals, and life skills

  • \n
  • \n

    Complete documentation and maintain confidential client records

  • \n
  • \n

    Monitor or administer medications according to program policies

  • \n
  • \n

    Respond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriately

  • \n
  • \n

    Transport residents to appointments, meetings, and community activities

  • \n
  • \n

    Collect urine specimens and administer breathalyzer tests as needed

  • \n
  • \n

    Lead educational groups and support residents in achieving treatment goals

  • \n
  • \n

    Attend required trainings and staff meetings

Qualifications\n
    \n
  • \n

    High School Diploma or GED required

  • \n
  • \n

    Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred

  • \n
  • \n

    Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

  • \n
  • \n

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • \n
  • \n

    Valid driver's license preferred and must meet driving requirements

  • \n
  • \n

    Required DHS training may be completed after hire

  • \n
