You'll work onsite in an itinerant capacity, focusing exclusively on assessments for the 2026-2027 academic year. Provide expertise to shape positive outcomes for students while collaborating within a supportive environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current, active School Psychologist license in Texas (required)
  • Expertise in conducting psychoeducational assessments for elementary-aged students
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 3-4 comprehensive evaluations per week
  • Strong report-writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary educational team

Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed assessments of elementary students, utilizing standardized tools and best practices
  • Deliver clear, comprehensive evaluation reports and recommendations
  • Collaborate with educators, service providers, and families to support student needs
  • Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality
  • Serve as a valued resource for assessment-related questions; note that counseling services are already in place
  • Travel to assigned campuses within the district as needed for an itinerant role
