What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end payroll processing for employees across the U.S. and international locations.
- Coordinate with third-party payroll providers and in-country partners to ensure timely and accurate payroll administration.
- Prepare payroll-related journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end reporting.
- Reconcile payroll registers to the general ledger and investigate discrepancies.
- Process employee changes including new hires, terminations, compensation updates, bonuses, commissions, and benefit deductions.
- Assist with payroll tax reporting, year-end processing, audits, and compliance activities.
- Partner with Human Resources, Finance, and external vendors on payroll and benefits administration.
- Support payroll system enhancements, testing, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- 3+ years of payroll administration experience.
- Experience processing multi-state U.S. payroll.
- Knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage and hour compliance, and payroll accounting.
- Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, Rippling, or similar platforms.
- Strong Excel, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- International payroll experience is highly preferred.
