We are partnering with a highly respected international organization seeking a Payroll Accountant to support payroll operations across multiple countries and jurisdictions. What You'll Do
  • Support end-to-end payroll processing for employees across the U.S. and international locations.
  • Coordinate with third-party payroll providers and in-country partners to ensure timely and accurate payroll administration.
  • Prepare payroll-related journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end reporting.
  • Reconcile payroll registers to the general ledger and investigate discrepancies.
  • Process employee changes including new hires, terminations, compensation updates, bonuses, commissions, and benefit deductions.
  • Assist with payroll tax reporting, year-end processing, audits, and compliance activities.
  • Partner with Human Resources, Finance, and external vendors on payroll and benefits administration.
  • Support payroll system enhancements, testing, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of payroll administration experience.
  • Experience processing multi-state U.S. payroll.
  • Knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage and hour compliance, and payroll accounting.
  • Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, Rippling, or similar platforms.
  • Strong Excel, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • International payroll experience is highly preferred.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
