We are currently looking for a Traveling Associate Dentist (Hartford/New Britain) to become part of our expanding team. Enjoy working with children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic.

• Deliver dental services to patients with the support of a dedicated team.
• Utilize advanced tools and technology, including:
  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
• Participate in annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
• Work within a supportive team structure, typically consisting of:
  • 1 hygienist
  • 1 hygiene assistant
  • 2 dental assistants per provider
• Manage a patient base primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on location.
• Maintain an office flow of approximately 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
• Engage with a mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.

• Guaranteed base compensation of $800 per day with unlimited earning potential based on experience and start date.
• Sign-on bonus of $30,000.
• Student loan repayment assistance of $1,000 per month.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• A current, valid dental license in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure.
• Any additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults.
