Position Available

We are currently looking for a Traveling Associate Dentist (Hartford/New Britain) to become part of our expanding team. Contribute to our mission of providing outstanding dental care within the community and assist us in creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. Enjoy working with children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver dental services to patients with the support of a dedicated team.
  • Utilize advanced tools and technology, including:
    • DentaPro software
    • Digital x-ray and Panorex units
    • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Participate in annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
  • Work within a supportive team structure, typically consisting of:
    • 1 hygienist
    • 1 hygiene assistant
    • 2 dental assistants per provider
  • Manage a patient base primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on location.
  • Maintain an office flow of approximately 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
  • Engage with a mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • A current, valid dental license in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure.
  • Any additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
  • A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults.
  • The willingness and ability to travel/work between the following locations:
