Exciting Opportunity for a Rheumatologist

Our organization is pleased to announce a full-time position for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatologist in Mason City, Iowa. This role offers a chance to join a well-established practice with a focus on outpatient general rheumatology, where you will not be required to see patients in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Join a dynamic team with one experienced DNP.
• Engage in a busy outpatient practice with minimal call responsibilities.
• Participate in teaching opportunities for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents, as well as ARNP/PA students and medical students.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

• An annual salary of $330,000 with a two-year income guarantee.
• A bonus package totaling $120,000.
• A relocation allowance of up to $15,000.
• A comprehensive benefits package starting from day one, which includes:
• Paid malpractice insurance and tail coverage.
• Reimbursement for licenses and registrations.
• $4,000 for continuing medical education (CME) annually.
• Two retirement plans.
• A generous paid time off (PTO) package.

Working Environment

This position is open to candidates on H1B Visas and J1 waivers. Our regional health system serves 15 counties and includes a 342-bed teaching hospital recognized as a Top 100 Hospital nationally.
