Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for an Asset Disposition Specialist located in Richmond, VA 23224 zip code..
Pay: $15.49 per hour
Onsite: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm
Length: 4 months
Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing a pipeline of accounts where the client has defaulted on a loan secured by real property. The Bank will take possession of that collateral in an attempt to re-coup the money it has not been paid.
Communicating with FC attorneys, updating of accounts as appropriate, preparing of bids and moving accounts to REO.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent.
MS Office
Good written communication skills
Self-starter
Reliable means to report in office 5 days per week for duration.

Pay Details: $15.49 per hour
