Responsibilities for the Client Services Account Admin includes but not limited to:
Daily administration on multiple accounts.
Respond to daily inquiries from Clients and
internal operation team.Review and process daily wire payments.
Review compliance to ensure conformity to the
transaction documents.Perform ongoing maintenance of deal/account
information across several bank applications.Collaborate with other team members to address
any payment issues.Data Entry.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree required - preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics.
Understanding of general accounting and financial reporting principles.
Cash Management experience.
Competent in all MS Office products.
Advanced MS Excel abilities - Testing REQUIRED
Strong written/verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Fluent in English.
Pay: $31.50 / Hr
Temp with possiblility to perm
ONSITE - Santa Ana, CA
M-F: 6 AM – 3 PM PST

Pay Details: $31.50 per hour
