Opportunity specifics:
- Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM – 3:30 PM, for the 2024–25 school year (August 19 through June 3)
- Two positions available: one at the middle school level, one at the high school level
Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Special Education teaching certification (PA SPED cert)
- Current PA clearances required
- Strong classroom management and individualized instruction skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and protocols
- Commitment to supporting inclusive, student-centered learning
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor and document student progress
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families
