Occupational Therapist School Setting in Franklin, MA

Step into a meaningful role supporting students as an onsite Occupational Therapist, working with Pre-K through 4th grade in a friendly, school-based setting. This contract opportunity runs from ASAP until June 26, 2026, offering you the chance to make a lasting impact while enjoying a balanced schedule, split between two school buildings.

You’ll work three days a week, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm with a half-hour unpaid lunch, totaling 19.5 hours per week. Your expertise will be valued as you conduct comprehensive evaluations, write clear, actionable reports, participate in presentations, and deliver both direct and consultative services. You’ll also monitor and document student progress, collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth and achievement.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Prior experience in a school-based OT setting is preferred
• Strong understanding of Pre-K to 4th grade developmental needs
• Ability to conduct evaluations, write reports, and present findings with clarity
• Comfort delivering both direct and consultative OT services
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
