You’ll collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, expanding your expertise as you deliver occupational therapy services to students from grades 2 through 12-plus. As you adapt to a range of student needs—from mild to moderate/severe—you’ll gain insights into innovative workplace practices and different leadership approaches, broadening your skillset and enhancing your resume.

What You Bring:

  • Active Occupational Therapist licensure in California
  • Experience or comfort with school-based occupational therapy
  • Versatility in working with students with varied needs (mild to moderate/severe)
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing IEP goals
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Your Role:

  • Provide direct, in-person occupational therapy to approximately 15 students at a single location
  • Collaborate with another OT, a COTA, and dedicated school staff
  • Align services with each student’s IEP goals and document interventions and outcomes in a timely manner
  • Participate in ongoing communication with teachers, coordinators, and support staff
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule—approximately 18-20 hours per week, with options to customize your hours and days
