- Graduate of an accredited/state-approved School of Nursing \n
- Current RN license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice \n
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider/BLS certification or ability to obtain during orientation \n

- Recent nursing school graduate awaiting RN licensure \n
- Eligible to participate in Mercy's Graduate Nurse program \n

- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice \n
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care within a team-focused environment \n
