- Manage a portfolio of business accounts, ensuring timely invoicing, payment application, and issue resolution
- Monitor receivables activity and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
- Review contracts and ensure billing terms are applied accurately
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies between reporting, contracts, and payments
- Partner with internal departments to resolve billing questions and support revenue accuracy
- Analyze payment trends and identify potential collection or credit risks before they become larger issues
- Support month-end activities through aging analysis, accrual support, account reviews, and reporting
- Utilize Excel and reporting tools to organize, reconcile, and analyze large volumes of financial data
- Help improve processes and strengthen controls as the accounting team continues to evolve and scale
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external customers
- 3+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Revenue Operations, Collections, or related accounting experience
- Strong understanding of invoice management, cash applications, account reconciliations, and aging reports
- Experience working within ERP or accounting platforms
- Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables, lookups, and data analysis
- Ability to independently manage priorities and work through complex account issues
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems, reports, and business relationships simultaneously
- Degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
