\n Job Summary\n
\n
\n As a General Laborer, you will assist with daily grain elevator operations by loading and unloading trucks, maintaining a clean facility, and supporting the safe movement and handling of grain products. This role requires working both indoors and outdoors, including in and around grain bins and elevators.\n

\n
\n Job Duties\n
\n
    \n
  • Load and unload grain trucks safely and efficiently.
    • \n
  • Sweep, mop, and clean grain, mill scrap, and other work areas.
    • \n
  • Assist with general housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized facility.
    • \n
  • Work in and around grain bins and grain elevators while following all safety procedures.
    • \n
  • Support daily operations as needed to keep production running efficiently.
    • \n

\n Pay\n
\n
    \n
  • $17.00–$18.00 per hour
    • \n
  • Overtime opportunities available during harvest season.
    • \n
\n
\n Schedule\n
\n
    \n
  • Monday-Friday
    • \n
  • 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
    • \n
  • Must be available to work up to 12-hour shifts during harvest season, including overtime as needed.
    • \n
\n
\n Experience & Skill Requirements\n
\n
    \n
  • At least 6 months of general labor, warehouse, agriculture, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
    • \n
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
    • \n
  • Must not be afraid of heights and be able to work around grain elevators and bins.
    • \n
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
    • \n
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours during harvest season.
