Location: Evansville, Indiana
Facility: Our healthcare facility in Evansville
Schedule: Full-time | Four clinic days each week
Base Salary: $460,000 guaranteed for two years, transitioning to RVU-based compensation
Incentives: Signing bonus, relocation assistance, loan repayment support, quality performance bonus, residency stipend
CME: Annual allowance of $4,250 | Additional 5 days for CME outside of PTO
Malpractice Coverage: Comprehensive malpractice insurance provided, including tail coverage.
This position is situated in areas designated as Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P).

How You’ll Make an Impact in This Role
This is a remarkable opportunity for a dedicated OB/GYN Physician to join a well-established practice that is busy and respected, supported by a strong referral network and the extensive resources of a comprehensive health system.
The Team & Structure:
Become part of a collaborative and established team that includes 7 OB/GYN Physicians, 1 Gynecology Physician, 4 Nurse Practitioners, and 1 Physician Assistant.
Call Schedule:
Participate in shared night, weekend, and holiday call duties with the group, finalizing a modified call structure in collaboration with the OB Hospitalist team to enhance work-life balance.
Care Setting:
Work in a dynamic environment that includes both inpatient and outpatient care, ensuring continuous coverage for women’s health services.

Unique opportunity for physician ownership through Surgicare, allowing eligible physicians to acquire shares in the ambulatory surgery center and participate in quarterly distributions and incentive compensation.

Position Requirements:
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) and possess or be eligible for an unrestricted medical license in Indiana.

Minimum Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Physician MD/DO credentials from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board must be obtained prior to the hire date or job transfer date.
Advanced Life Support certification is preferred, with American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree is required.
