Finance Manager

Kforce has a cllient in Philadelphia, PA that is seeking a Finance Manager. Responsibilities: Create and deliver recurring financial reports and analyses that provide leadership with meaningful insights to support business performance and decision-making Work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to evaluate results, identify trends, and support ongoing planning initiatives Present financial data in a clear and actionable way through dashboards, reporting tools, and visual analytics that help monitor key business metrics Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including short- and long-term financial planning, cash flow management, and ongoing forecast updates Continuously assess financial processes and reporting methodologies, recommending improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall business outcomes Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, performance measurement, and operational planning Requirements: 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including prior leadership or people management responsibility Strong ERP system background with exposure to multiple platforms; experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus, but not required Ability to work onsite in Philadelphia five days per week initially, transitioning to a hybrid schedule after successful onboarding and demonstrated performance in the role Must be eligible to successfully complete a background check and drug screening Preferred Qualifications: MBA or other advanced business-related degree Experience supporting finance functions within a manufacturing environment; pharmaceutical industry experience will also be considered Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
