Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become a part of our Eastwick Primary Care team, situated in the Eastwick area of Southwest Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Position Overview

The chosen candidate will collaborate with five seasoned physicians and one Nurse Practitioner in a traditional outpatient setting, focusing on comprehensive family care without the need for rounding or nursing home visits.

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a patient load of 15-20 individuals per day
• Utilize ACO clinical wraparound support services
• Facilitate in-network specialist referrals
• Employ EPIC EMR for patient records
• Conduct point-of-care lab tests on-site

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Valid medical license to practice in Pennsylvania
• Current DEA registration
