Key Qualifications:

  • Valid credential(s) in Special Education: Mild/Moderate license, Moderate/Severe and Autism License required
  • Experience or strong interest in supporting students with diverse learning needs across PreK–5 grade levels
  • Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that reflect students' specific needs and abilities
  • Adapt and deliver specialized instruction using evidence-based strategies
  • Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching approaches as needed
  • Support classroom management and promote social-emotional growth
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with educational regulations
