Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting K-12 students near Sparks, NV, as a school-based Occupational Therapist. Serving 3-4 schools, you’ll make a meaningful impact across diverse educational settings. This assignment runs from August 10, 2026, through June 4, 2027, with a steady schedule of 37.5 hours each week. Onsite collaboration is vital for this role, and you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with a caseload of 50-55 students, providing a balanced mix of therapy, evaluations, and assessments.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active Nevada OT license required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Comfortable managing caseloads of 50+ students across multiple campuses
• Confident working with students in kindergarten through high school
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for working with students, staff, and families
• Must be willing to complete fingerprinting and drug screening due to credentialing requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored occupational therapy interventions to students across K-12 grade levels
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments
• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to implement IEPs
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation for each student on your caseload
• Communicate therapy goals and progress to families and staff
• Navigate between assigned campuses to ensure needs are met consistently
