A well-regarded hospital in the Boston area is seeking a Hospitalist to join its inpatient medicine team. The position features a predictable 7-on/7-off block schedule.

The Opportunity

    Provide high-quality inpatient care within a collaborative hospital medicine program.

    Work a 7-on/7-off schedule that supports predictable time away from work.

  • \n

    Manage admissions, daily inpatient care, discharges, and care coordination.

  • \n

    Collaborate closely with specialists, nursing, case management, and advanced practice providers.

  • \n

    Participate in quality, safety, throughput, and patient experience initiatives.

Candidate Qualifications

    \n
  • \n

    MD or DO with completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency.

    • \n
  • \n

    Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.

    • \n
  • \n

    Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure.

    • \n
  • \n

    Hospitalist experience is welcomed; qualified residents may also be considered.
