Key Qualifications:
- Active OT license in California
- Solid experience in school-based settings
- Comfort with home health, teletherapy, and traditional healthcare OT approaches
- Proficiency in addressing fine motor skills and creating individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Exceptional communication and record-keeping abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement therapy plans targeting functional and academic skills
- Deliver direct and consultative services to students on your caseload
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and contribute to IEP meetings
