Key Details:

• Physical Therapist needed August 2026 through June 2027
• Part-time hours: 20-25 hours per week, 3 days/week (exact schedule to be determined)
• Serve a diverse K-12 student caseload across the district
• Location: Conveniently situated near Londonderry, NH
• You’ll play a vital role helping students achieve their mobility and functional goals, contributing to student success academically and physically

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Physical Therapist license for New Hampshire (or eligible for licensure)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric PT setting preferred
• Ability to evaluate students, write and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborate with educational staff
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Compassion, adaptability, and the ability to foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students
• Provide direct physical therapy services tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents on student progress and goals
• Maintain detailed records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Move between school sites as required to meet caseload demands
