Healthcare Revenue Cycle Consultant Trainer

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Consultant Trainer in Palm Harbor, FL. Summary: We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Trainer with deep PointClickCare (PCC) expertise to assess, optimize, and train a billing team within a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing environment. Responsibilities: Assess current PCC billing workflows and system configuration Identify revenue cycle and billing process improvements Optimize PCC setup and resolve configuration issues Train and mentor billing staff to become self-sufficient Develop process documentation and best practices Support onboarding of a new Billing Coordinator Partner with leadership to improve reporting and revenue cycle performance Requirements: Extensive hands-on PointClickCare (PCC) experience Medicare & Medicaid billing expertise Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) billing experience Experience with PCC implementation, optimization, remediation, or post-go-live support Strong Revenue Cycle background (billing, A/R, claims, reconciliations) Excellent communication and consulting skills Proven ability to train end users and improve operational processes Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare billing/revenue cycle certifications Sage Intacct experience PCC implementation experience Experience as a PCC Super User, Revenue Cycle Consultant, Healthcare Systems Analyst, or similar Clinical workflow knowledge The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
