Job Description
Labor and Employee Relations, Staffing and Classification, Student Outreach and Recruitment, Workforce Development, and Human Resources Information Systems. The contractor shall provide HR support services to NSWCPD’s Staffing and Classification Branch located in the HR Office. Tasks to be performed include, but are not limited to, assisting with recruitment of new personnel, assisting with placement strategies, job analysis, workforce planning, assisting in the development of position descriptions, assisting with developing appropriate factor levels and grade levels for specific job titles, and assisting with the development of compensation plans. The contractor shall provide comprehensive classification, staffing, recruitment, and placement services, in accordance with all federal laws, rules and regulations.
