Opportunity Overview
Our organization is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN physician to join our team in Stockton, CA.
Position Highlights:
Initial base salary: $399,519
Salary guarantee for two years
Signing bonus available
Loan or mortgage assistance of up to $200,000
Residency stipend offered
Compensation model based on RVUs starting in the second year
Potential for RVU bonuses during the guarantee period
Training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery or Robotics is required
Average patient load of 30 per day in the clinic, with APC support for surgeries
