Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shift (36 Hours/Week) | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every Other Weekend

- Traveler's permanent residence must be greater than 50 miles from the home unit
Unit Information
- 32-Bed MedSurg/Telemetry Unit
- Minimum Experience Required: 18 Months MedSurg/Telemetry RN Experience
- First-Time Travelers Accepted

The unit cares for a diverse medical and surgical patient population, including:
General Surgical Cases- Small Bowel Obstructions
- Colectomies
- Colon & Small Bowel Resections
- Nephrectomies
- Hysterectomies
- Mastectomies
- Appendectomies
- Cholecystectomies
- Hernia Repairs
- Splenectomies
- Thyroidectomies
- Kidney Stones
- Pneumothorax
- Cellulitis
- Bariatric Surgery Patients
- Rib Fractures
- Hip Fractures
- Joint Replacements
Patient RatiosRN Ratios
- Typical: 1:4–1:6
- Surge Staffing: Up to 1:7–1:8

- Active RN License

- General MedSurg & Telemetry Nursing Care

Floating RequirementsRequired Floating
Travelers must be willing to float within Region 1 based on operational needs and scope of practice.
Floating Information- May float to facilities within Region 1
- If floating during a shift, traveler remains on the clock
- Travel time between facilities is paid
Candidates unwilling to float within Region 1 should not be submitted.

Holiday Requirements
- Travelers are expected to work 75% of holidays
Time-Off Requests
- Up to 6 Days Off May Be Approved
- Holidays cannot be included in approved RTO
- Contract may require extension if contracted hours are not met
