\n* *Total compensation potential: *$185,000–$300,000+, depending on litigation interest, skill, and ability\n

\n* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school\n
\n* Licensed and in good standing with the West Virginia State Bar\n
\n* 2–5+ years of personal injury or defense litigation experience preferred\n
\n* Strong writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills\n
\n* A clear, effective communicator\n
\n* Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively\n
\n* Trial experience, or a genuine willingness to develop trial skills, preferred\n
\n* A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to help clients\n
\n
