Qualifications you'll need:

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active and current Occupational Therapy license in the respective state
• Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt strategies for diverse student needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments to identify students’ strengths and areas for growth
• Creating individualized treatment plans and interventions
• Providing direct and consultative OT services in an educational setting
• Documenting progress, maintaining records, and participating in IEP meetings
• Educating staff and families about accommodations and strategies
