Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure
• Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of early childhood and kindergarten developmental milestones
• Proficiency in developing individualized treatment plans
• Commitment to fostering student independence and growth
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ strengths and areas for growth
• Create and implement goal-driven therapy plans tailored to each child’s unique needs
• Support students in improving fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills vital for academic success
• Work closely with classroom teachers to integrate OT strategies into daily routines
• Maintain accurate progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Communicate effectively with families and caregivers regarding therapy goals and student progress
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment for all learners
