Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years MRI experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI and related imaging equipment safely and accurately
  • Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and facility protocols regarding patient care and imaging
  • Maintain clear, concise documentation for each procedure, ensuring data privacy and compliance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly, coordinating with technical support as needed
  • Provide compassionate communication, answering patient questions regarding MRI processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified MRI Technologist (ARRT-MR or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience performing MRI scans in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of anatomy, imaging protocols, and safety procedures related to MRI
  • Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and independently when required
  • Current BLS or CPR certification
