Chief Financial Officer

Kforce has a client in the Green Bay, WI area that is seeking a Chief Financial Officer. This role will serve on the executive leadership team and will be responsible for the overall financial strategy, performance and long-term financial health of the company. This is a hands-on strategic and operational leadership role. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA preferred CPA preferred 10+ years of experience, 5 years in leadership experience Willingness to be hands on with all General Accounting duties Working Conditions: In Office The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
