LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
Job Description
We are looking for two rotating part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team at our facility in Boise. The shifts will be from 2 PM to 10 PM.

As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through direct interaction. You will be responsible for delivering care and services that help patients achieve or maintain their optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and our organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' conditions. Additionally, you will be expected to assign tasks, instruct, and offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- Current licensure/registration in the applicable state, with an active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout employment
- Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- Competently and knowledgeably provide quality nursing care to patients
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
