\nThe Clinical Education Specialist serves as a key resource for nursing staff, leaders, and interdisciplinary teams by developing and delivering educational programs that promote clinical excellence, patient safety, and a positive patient experience. This position supports orientation programs, competency validation, performance improvement initiatives, and continuing education for both licensed and unlicensed healthcare professionals.\n Position Details:\n\n
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing with 3 years of critical care nursing experience, or
\n - \n
Associate degree in Nursing with:
\n- \n
- \n
10 years of hospital nursing experience, OR
\n - \n
5 years of hospital nursing experience and active enrollment in an RN-to-BSN program
\n - \n
At least 3 years of critical care nursing experience is a must.
\n
\n - \n
- \n
Current applicable state nursing license.
\n - \n
Current AHA BLS certification.
\n - \n
Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practice and the ability to positively influence patient care delivery.
\n - \n
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
\n - \n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
\n - \n
Knowledge of patient care equipment and clinical technology.
\n
Preferred Qualifications
\n- \n
- \n
Specialty certification or active pursuit of certification related to area of responsibility.
\n - \n
Two years of teaching or educational experience.
\n - \n
Additional life support certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, TNCC, and/or ENPC.
