This full-year position is based near Waukegan, IL, with time divided between two sites—working on ECAT evaluations and attending meetings at one location, and supporting general school psychologist responsibilities at another.

Your day will follow an 8:00am to 3:30pm schedule, ensuring a balanced 7.5-hour workday that includes a lunch break. This dual-setting role empowers you to expand your impact while engaging with a diverse student population and collaborating with a passionate educational team.

Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• State licensure or eligibility as a school psychologist in Illinois
• Experience with ECAT (Early Childhood Assessment Team) processes preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of psychological assessments, report writing, and consultation practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with special education law and process, including IEP meetings

Responsibilities:

• Conduct ECAT evaluations and participate in related meetings for early childhood students
• Provide comprehensive psychological services to elementary and middle school students in Lake Villa
• Support the development and implementation of interventions for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and allied professionals to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP planning and documentation
