Job Description
Duration: 3 months to long-term Shift: Shift: 5x8-Hour (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM & 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Job Description: Helping patients with transfers between beds and wheelchairs, turning or repositioning bedridden patients to prevent bedsores. Measuring vital signs, documenting food/liquid intake, and reporting any significant changes in physical or behavioral conditions to nurses. Maintaining clean, safe, and organized patient rooms and adhering to infection control protocols. Assisting with feeding and ensuring patient dietary restrictions are followed.
