FP&A Manager

Kforce's client, a growing organization in Kentwood, MI, is adding a newly created FP&A Manager role to support expansion and increased business complexity. This is a high-impact position partnering cross-functionally with leadership to build out forecasting capabilities, enhance reporting, and drive data-driven decision making. Why this opportunity: Newly created role with strong visibility to senior leadership Opportunity to build and improve FP&A processes Broad exposure across operations, commercial teams, and leadership Fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Key Responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling initiatives Analyze performance across products, operations, and key drivers Partner with internal teams to improve cost visibility and efficiency Support pricing strategy and margin analysis Develop reporting and dashboards to strengthen business insights Requirements: 6+ years of FP&A, cost accounting, or finance experience Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel and reporting tools) Experience supporting operational or cross-functional teams Ability to operate independently in a growing organization The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
