Duration: Full-time Clearance Required: Active Top Secret clearance Certification Required: PMP, CISSP Roles and Responsibilities: The selected candidate will provide leadership and oversight for enterprise-wide IT support services supporting the National Defense University (NDU). The role focuses on ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing IT operations while supporting evolving mission requirements. Managing and overseeing enterprise IT operations and support services Ensuring 24x7x365 system availability, security, reliability, and connectivity Supporting network operations, infrastructure, cloud services, mobile devices, AV systems, SharePoint, storage, backup, and application support Monitoring and resolving network and system issues while ensuring compliance with DoD standards and policies Managing infrastructure and application vulnerability remediation efforts.
