Warehouse Associate (Order Picker)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Must be open to transitioning to 2nd shift upon full-time hire)

PPE Required: Steel Toe Shoes/Boots

Dress Code: Business casual (Shorts permitted; attire must be presentable as customers occasionally visit the warehouse.)

What You'll Do:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Stock and organize incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and outdoor yard.
• Support shipping, receiving, and other general warehouse operations as needed.
• Work safely while meeting daily productivity and quality expectations.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse, order picking, stocking, or material handling experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move warehouse materials throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive physical tasks.
• Must wear steel toe shoes or boots.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Must be open to moving to a 2nd shift schedule after converting to a full-time employee.
