Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Valid Special Education Teacher credentials
- Experience with K-12 students in a school setting
- Ability to create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and student advocacy
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to K-12 students with varying learning needs
- Develop, monitor, and update IEPs in partnership with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize evidence-based strategies to ensure students reach their highest potential
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
- Provide guidance and support for general education staff on best practices in inclusion
