Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility
- Demonstrated experience with K-12 student evaluations in a school setting
- Strong understanding of assessment tools and special education processes
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to support students across multiple grade levels
Responsibilities Include:
- Performing psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
- Collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers
- Participating in eligibility and team meetings, offering professional insight
- Providing written reports in compliance with timelines and local policies
- Supporting the overall mental health and academic success of students
- Consulting with staff and families to develop and implement strategies that foster student growth
