We are currently in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our outstanding healthcare team in Forest City, Iowa. This role provides an immediate patient volume, eliminating the need to establish a patient base. You will step into a well-established practice and start making a difference from your very first day.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in a busy practice with immediate patient volume.
• Collaborate with a team of 4 Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNPs).
• Provide traditional outpatient family medicine services, with the option to include obstetrics.
• Maintain an excellent work-life balance that supports quality family time.
• Participate in minimal on-call duties, approximately 1:6, handled by phone only.
• Explore teaching opportunities available within the organization.
• Access specialist outreach services, including Orthopedics and Podiatry.
• Utilize on-site facilities such as lab, X-ray, EKG, behavioral services, and family counseling.
• Work alongside tenured Registered Nurses and experienced office staff.
• Located just 30 miles from a major medical center in Mason City.

Compensation and Benefits

• $320,000 Total Bonus Package!
• Two-year income guarantee of $301,290 annually.
• Relocation assistance of up to $15,000.
