Logistics Clerk / Compliance Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk / Compliance Support professional to assist with administrative, data entry, food safety, labeling, and quality documentation activities within a food and beverage manufacturing warehouse environment. This role supports Regulatory, Quality Assurance, Research & Development, and Supply Chain teams by maintaining accurate product information, supplier documentation, and compliance records. It is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in food manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain information within compliance and industry platforms, including 1WorldSync, TraceGains, ReposiTrak, and similar systems. • Generate, verify, and maintain Nutrition Facts Panels, GTINs, product specifications, item data, and related documentation. • Collect, organize, and update supplier records, including Certificates of Analysis, allergen declarations, and compliance documentation. • Support Quality Assurance, Regulatory, R&D, and Supply Chain teams by validating raw material and finished product information for accuracy and completeness. • Assist with logistics administration, documentation tracking, spreadsheet maintenance, and special projects related to food safety and quality systems. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication and accurate recordkeeping. • Maintain organized files, documentation logs, and database updates to support audit readiness and operational efficiency. • Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Dairy Science, or a related field. • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately manage data across multiple systems. • Familiarity with food safety, regulatory, supplier documentation platforms, or similar compliance systems preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. • Recent graduates, college students, and early-career professionals with exposure to food science or manufacturing are encouraged to apply.

Work Environment

• Primarily office-based within a warehouse setting. • 100% on-site position located in Secaucus, NJ. • Opportunity to gain exposure to food safety, compliance, supply chain operations, product documentation, and quality systems within the food and beverage industry. • Immediate need with a target start date as soon as possible.

Compensation

• Pay rate: $28-$32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
