Intake Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our growing legal team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, conducting intake interviews, evaluating potential legal matters, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls with professionalism, empathy, and excellent customer service.
  • Conduct intake interviews to gather relevant information from prospective clients.
  • Screen and evaluate potential legal matters based on established criteria.
  • Accurately document client information and maintain detailed records in case management systems.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and assist in locating unreachable individuals as needed.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and internal departments to ensure efficient case intake and onboarding.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Assist with special projects and perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in client intake, customer service, legal support, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of legal practice areas such as personal injury, employment law, or workers' compensation is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM or legal case management software is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
