As a restaurant cashier, you will play an essential role in providing outstanding customer service by delivering prompt and friendly assistance in a dynamic setting. Your responsibilities will include keeping your work area clean and sanitized, processing payments accurately, and ensuring top-notch food service. No prior experience? No worries! We will provide training!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general customer service tasks, such as taking food orders, responding to menu inquiries, and addressing customer needs.
- Manage cash register operations and identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Prepare customer orders accurately and safely from various kitchen stations, including sandwich making, frying, grilling, or other areas based on the restaurant's concept.
- Utilize various methods and technologies to maintain food safety standards, ensuring the delivery of fresh and safe products to customers.
- Potential additional responsibilities may include cross-training in other departments like Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
- Must be able to lift and move items weighing 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
