Qualifications and Experience:

- Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with families, support staff, and administration
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability when addressing diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction tailored to each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP)
- Manage a caseload of eight middle school students, ensuring personalized attention
- Track progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
- Partner with parents, therapists, and other teachers to facilitate student growth
- Maintain an organized, encouraging classroom environment conducive to learning
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningfully to the team process
