This role involves threading yarn, troubleshooting machine issues, performing yarn splicing and bobbin changes, and maintaining cleanliness and quality standards throughout the production process.\n

\n Job Duties\n

  • Thread yarn properly through loom machines
    • \n
  • Monitor equipment and troubleshoot yarn breaks or machine issues
    • \n
  • Perform yarn splicing and yarn or bobbin changes as needed
    • \n
  • Inspect product quality throughout the production process
    • \n
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
    • \n

\n Pay\n
\n

  • $18.00 per hour once transitioned to 2nd or 3rd shift
    • \n
\n
\n \n
\n
\n Schedule: Training will begin on 1st shift Monday-Friday 8:00-4:00pm\n
\n
    \n
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 p.m. – Midnight
    • \n
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, Midnight – 8:00 a.m.
    • \n
\n
\n Candidates must be able to train on 1st shift before transitioning to an off shift.\n
\n

\n Experience or Skill Requirements\n
\n
    \n
  • Previous experience as a machine operator
    • \n
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
    • \n
  • Ability to maintain quality standards in a production environment
    • \n
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts
    • \n
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
    • \n
