Urology | $775K Base + Robotic Surgery | Central Kentucky Practice Highlights Desirable Practice Setting: Hospital-employed urology opportunity in a recognized Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery, with two da Vinci surgical robots on site Optimal Patient Volume: Established patient panel from a retiring urologist, roughly 20 patients per day in clinic Ideal Work Environment: Join a collaborative urology team of two physicians and a tenured PA Work-Life Balance: 4.5-day workweek with a half-day Friday, balanced clinic and surgical days. Professional Growth Opportunities: Grow and help shape a well-established urology practice with strong system support Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation: $775,000 guaranteed salary each contract year, plus wRVU productivity upside. Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 bonus Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $100,000 over five years ($20,000 annually) Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000, direct-billed Professional Development: CME allowance of $4,500 per year plus 5 CME days PTO + Sick Time: 45 days of combined PTO and sick days.
