This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong accounting fundamentals who enjoys balancing day-to-day accounting responsibilities with month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing:
'05; Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
'05; Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close processes
'05; Perform bank and account reconciliations
'05; Support fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules
'05; Produce and analyze financial reports
'05; Assist with audit preparation and documentation
'05; Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations
'05; Leverage Excel to analyze data and improve reporting efficiency
What We're Looking For:
'14; 5+ years of accounting experience
'14; Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or Sage
'14; Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
'14; Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
'14; Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
'14; Preferred - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
